Abstract Kota Kinabalu (KK) is one of the pilot cities to implement smart city infrastructure in Malaysia. Given this privilege, lots apps are needed enable folks taking advantage highspeed bandwidth infrastructure. One it moving towards environment and government through supporting green cashless payment system for parking purposes. This paper describes effort on development an apps, JumPark Bah! as alternative current coupon-based handled by local authorities, City Hall (KKCH). The approach quite cumbersome KK they need have a valid coupon displayed dashboard park their car around area. They must be able correctly estimate time or else summon will issued if exceeded. As KKCH, assign many attendants checking validating session. Thus, has been proposed solution KKCH utilizing concept minimize above-mentioned issues. consist mobile application (for citizen attendant) web-based admin, i.e., KKCH). allows authority monitor fees, generate report even updates user announcement news functionality. Based evaluation using System Usability Scale (SUS), found that achieved 71.06% score which exceed 68% good usability target.
